Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Dayleeds collects, uses, and shares information. It is written in plain language and describes our current practices.
Who operates Dayleeds
Dayleeds is operated by Dayleeds LLC, an independent analytics product for HubSpot sales teams. For any privacy question, contact support@dayleeds.com or hello@dayleeds.com.
Information we collect
- Account information. The name and email used to sign in, handled through our authentication provider (Clerk).
- Workspace information. Organization and workspace settings you configure in Dayleeds.
- HubSpot integration data. When you authorize the connection, Dayleeds reads synced 1:1 sales email activity and related contacts, companies, reps and owners, teams where available, subject lines, open, click and reply counts, timestamps from synced activity, and company state or region where available. Access is customer-authorized and analytics-focused.
- Demo and contact submissions. Information you send through the public demo or contact form.
- Billing information. Subscription and payment details handled by Stripe. Dayleeds does not store full card numbers.
- Website analytics. Basic website usage data if this is added later. It is currently planned, not active.
How we use information
- Provide follow-up signals, engagement analytics, and coaching views.
- Sync and display your HubSpot sales activity.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues.
- Administer billing and your account.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
- Improve the product.
How information is shared
- Service providers. We share information with the subprocessors that run the service, listed on our Subprocessors page.
- Customer-authorized HubSpot integration. Data flows from HubSpot to Dayleeds because you authorize it, and you can revoke that access at any time.
- Legal and security. We may share information where required by law or to protect the service and its users.
- No sale of data. Dayleeds does not sell customer data.
Data retention
We aim to keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, maintain security, and honor your requests. You can ask us to delete or export your workspace data by emailing support@dayleeds.com. Self-service delete and export controls are planned.
Your controls
- Revoke the HubSpot connection at any time from HubSpot or from Dayleeds.
- Request deletion or export of your workspace data.
- Manage your subscription and payment details through Stripe.
Security
Dayleeds is designed to limit access to your data. HubSpot access is read-only, authorization tokens are stored as ciphertext rather than plain text, and secrets are never shown in the product interface. See the Security page for more.
Children's privacy
Dayleeds is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International users
Dayleeds may process and store information in the countries where our providers operate. We aim to handle information consistently with applicable data protection laws. Specific data transfer terms can be provided on request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
