Acceptance of terms

Dayleeds is operated by Dayleeds LLC. By creating an account or using Dayleeds, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Dayleeds is an analytics-focused product that reads customer-authorized, synced 1:1 HubSpot sales email activity and organizes it into follow-up signals, engagement analytics, and coaching views. Dayleeds does not modify your HubSpot CRM records as part of analytics.

Eligibility and authority

You must be able to form a binding agreement and be authorized to connect and analyze the HubSpot data you bring to Dayleeds. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect that data.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Authentication is handled through Clerk.

HubSpot integration

You authorize the HubSpot connection yourself and can revoke it at any time. Access is read-only and used to produce your analytics. Dayleeds is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HubSpot, Inc.

Your data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Dayleeds the permissions needed to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use Dayleeds for your own legitimate sales workflow. You agree not to:

• scrape, resell, or abuse the service;
• reverse engineer or attempt to access non-public parts of the service;
• attack, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts;
• use the service to send spam or for unlawful purposes.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Pricing and plan details are being finalized and may change before general availability. Any trial or demo access is provided at our discretion and may be limited or withdrawn.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Dayleeds available and may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. We may update these terms, and material changes will be reflected here.

Disclaimers

Dayleeds is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics will be complete or accurate for every use. Dayleeds does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dayleeds and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Dayleeds and disconnect HubSpot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. You can request deletion or export of your workspace data by contacting support.
